Ringwicket · A clearer path from inquiry to next step
From a missed inquiry to a contractor-approved next step.
Ringwicket is designed to help home-service teams keep new requests moving while every decision stays with the contractor.
Clear about what works now—and what is still planned.
Public service-request intake and a private contractor lead inbox.
Missed-call capture, automatic messages, live phone or SMS connections, and AI-assisted quote drafting are not active today.
The workflow, in order
Four steps. You stay in charge.
Today, service requests can enter through a contractor’s shared link. The rest of the path remains in the contractor’s hands.
- 01Planned
An inquiry is missed
Missed-call capture is planned. Ringwicket has no live phone or SMS provider connected, so a missed call does not trigger an automatic text today.
- 02Available now
The customer shares job details
A contractor can share a Ringwicket service-request link. Its public form collects the service, location, project details, contact information and optional photos.
- 03Contractor approval
The contractor reviews the quote
Any quote is reviewed and approved by the contractor before it is shared. AI-assisted quote drafting is planned; AI cannot commit to a price, scope or schedule on the contractor’s behalf.
- 04Contractor-led today
The contractor chooses the follow-up
The request appears in the contractor’s private lead inbox. The team decides how to respond using its own tools; automated follow-up and live provider connections are planned.
Requesting service? Open the Ringwicket service-request link your contractor shared. Intake links are specific to each contractor; there is no general public request form.
Contractor control, at every step
AI does not make commitments for your business.
A contractor reviews and approves any quote before it is shared. A future AI draft can assist with preparation, but it cannot set or promise the price, scope or timing.
